All orders ship from within the United States. We currently deliver to US addresses only.

These are the same rates you'll see if you buy from us on TikTok Shop — standard shipping is $4.99 on both.
Processing time
Orders are picked and packed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on a weekend or US public holiday begin processing the next business day. Delivery estimates above start once your parcel leaves our warehouse, not from the moment you order.
Tracking
You'll get a confirmation email as soon as you order, and a second email with a tracking number once the parcel ships. If 3 business days pass without a tracking email, contact us and we'll chase it down.
Wrong address
We can change a shipping address only before the order is dispatched. Email hey@daisydrip.com straight away and we'll try to catch it. Parcels returned to us because of an incorrect address can be reshipped once you cover the return postage.
Lost or damaged
If tracking hasn't updated in 7 days, or your order arrives damaged, email us with your order number and a photo. We'll replace it or refund you — you don't need to argue for it.
